Biography

Dominic Weber became Senior Vice President of Strategy on March 1, 2026. Prior to this role, Mr. Weber served as Chief Actuary since joining the company in 2022. As Senior Vice President of Strategy, Mr. Weber leads the organization's strategic initiatives. He has more than 42 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry and previously served as Vice President and Chief Actuary at Society Insurance. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
